As well as having an in-house design team, and property, planning and legal specialists, over the years ADD have also built up a strong team of external collaborators and consultants.  

 

Our network includes planning consultants, heritage specialists, highways, sustainability advisors, surveyors, engineers, estate agents, and commercial and property lawyers.  These long standing working relationships give us access to a broad range of skills and experience.

 

We like to work collaboratively in joint venture deals and development partnerships, and ADD would welcome the opportunity to work with you, whether you are a landowner, land agent, developer or investor.

 

We are always flexible, and often creative, in the way we negotiate our collaboration agreements, and we can tailor the set up to best suit your particular requirements and circumstances.  We also purchase land, either unconditionally or via subject to planning deals.
