ADD work on new housing projects of all scales, from modest developments of one or two dwellings, up to blocks of 50 units and more.  We don’t have a set architectural style, instead, all our designs thoughtfully reflect their context and locality.

We understand the importance of following the local street pattern, making sure we are maximising density and scale whilst still remaining in keeping with the surrounding buildings, and always using materials and architectural details common to the area.  This gives a friendly character and a pleasing architectural style to our schemes, befitting their location, and winning the support of both planners and locals alike.
